This luxury self contained 1 bedroom accommodation is located in Monbulk in  the picturesque Dandenong ranges, to the east of Melbourne.

The single storey fully furnished unit is minutes from the local shops, swimming pool, various sports facilities (tennis, basketball, footy, cricket etc.)

The unit is split into 3 areas. A spacious living/eating/cooking area with a complete kitchen inventory including an excellent size fridge freezer, TV & DVD player, 2 sofa’s and a dining table with 3 chairs.

The sleeping area has a luxury double queen size bed (high quality latex mattress with fully electric adjustable base) and a separate single bed. There is also enough space for a travel cot if required (can be provided) There is a built in robe & a large chest of drawers providing ample storage for clothing.

The bathroom is also complete with vanity unit, shower & toilet. Towels are provided as is all linen.

The outdoor area has total privacy from the neighbours & ourselves. It is equipped with a large built in BBQ with all the required tools, Garden set with 6 chairs.

Having recently emigrated we are happy to help with any information needed, and can provide addresses of various local offices, schools, real estate agents etc to help you get settled as quickly as possible.

The village of Monbulk is on the edge of the Dandenong ranges just past Belgrave. The village itself has enough shops to cover all your daily needs even including a vic roads office (not all Vic roads enquires can be handled) It is closely located to all other amenities, being only a short drive to many larger towns & shopping centres. (Belgrave 10minutes, Ferntree gully 15-20 mins, Narre Warren 25mins, Lilydale 15mins, Montrose 20 mins, Knox & fountain gate shopping centres both only 25mins drive) It is also close to many of Victorias favourite tourist spots. Healesville sanctuary, Puffing Billy, Grants picnic ground, Mount Dandenong Sky high, Yarra Valley wineries etc etc.

Within 15/20 minutes drive there are numerous beautiful villages such as Olinda, Sassefras, Emerald, Cockatoo and also many very good restaurants spread around the ranges.

Rates include:

Rates:

$475 per week or $400 per week for stays of 3 weeks or more.

All bookings require a 25% deposit to secure all bookings.

Full payment (or first 3 weeks) required 2 weeks prior to occupation.

Minimum 7 nights.

Special Offer:
Book for stays between the 11th July – 15th August and for stays over 3 weeks the price will be $365 per week.
Or
Book for 5 weeks from the 11th July – 15th August for a total price of $1600

Available extra’s:

Clothes Washing & drying service $15pw
Baby Package available for an extra $100 per stay includes use of: Travel Cot, Playpen, Highchair, Toys etc
